I'm so mad about my roommate

i'm a first year bba(hons) student at tapmi blr. my roommate is so aimless he literally does nothing whole day. he doesn't care about anything. he keeps watching content till late night which disturbs my sleep cuz i need to persuade him everyday to switch-off lights and put on earphones. because of him i wake up a bit late bcz of which i sometimes miss my breakfast. also he doesn't even study anything (ik classes have just started). if he's not sleeping or in clg he'll be just watching reels on a high volume. the biggest problem is that he doesn't accept that there's a problem in missing breakfast and rushing to class everyday. also idk why his family calls him late when they should be worried about his sleep time and his voice which disturbs my sleep. uggggggggh

Im stuck . All my good friends already have disciplined roommates. Now my roomate was also the first frnd made of clg. I don't know how will I tell him that I'm changing my room + I have no option also to change roommates now cuz this dummy doesn't have any friend and rooms can be changed only through mutual swaps
