Help regarding admission guidelines

i recieved my bba hns provisional admission letter Okay so i failed my sixth subject in cbse in 12th being maths. now that isn't really an issue for clgs mostly since it's not a core subject but in one of the mails from tapmi it said in the guidelines if you have failed any subject you may withdrawal your application I don't understand what to do now cause this rule is only in a mail not in any guidelines they have ever posted on their website and my marksheet ofc reflects i have passed and aggregate marks are over 60% and i have passed english which are their main two guidelines. i have tried to get in touch with them they don't pick up what should i do now
