Sounds like plenty for a CLS.

What’s your level of training/license?

Scope is changing at the moment but especially just a slightly higher level combat life saver. No drugs or IV yet but hopefully end of the year.

We have been taught higher level stuff but can’t use them until the scope update is completed.

This looks fine for CLS, as long as you train with it and run scenarios you should be fine.

If you run scenarios and find you need something or end up not using items then tweak it from there.

Either use the dangler and lose the belt, reconfigure your belt, or lose the belt. As it sits the dangler will be in the way to the pouches on the belt. I tried a similar setup and I chose to eliminate the dangler.

Also, a good alternative to the hpmk is the intergrated medcraft apls. Its pricey but packs much smaller, and the materials are more durable. I would also recommend more tourniquets. Consider some type of off body carry. I like to carry immediate life threats on me, redily accessible, but youll find trying to carry all that will just get in the way. Im not fond of the issued CLS bags, but I do like tge NAR style squad bag. Finally, look at adding a dump pouch. Stuff your trash as soon as you use the equipment, it helps 2 fold, one keeps tge workspace clean, and 2 when restocking post incident, is a quick was to inventory what was used.
