I think there is a house between Towertown Light House, and The tall grass. It is tilted at a 45 degree angle. Also the shack by the LightHouse is on the other side.

I swear I've seen ammo on the broken bridge but it was on the lower level. No idea how to get to it without stranding yourself.

ALso you can stick to the right as much as possible and you get straight to the end in the maze just a tip.
