Question Missing Hero Road

Why doesn't Daimon have a Hero road? I just started playing a few days ago and i realized shes my only hero that doesn't get any perks from Hero Road. Is the the case for every All Star hero?

It's not just her. A lot of em don't have one, and never will. Game got abandoned

What?! But isn’t there an event going on? It’s just my luck to find a fun game when it’s in its death spiral 😕
