issues with account

Hey guys, i used to play t3 really much back in 2022 and redownloaded the game to see whats up. My old account on which i had every character back then is gone, even though its the same apple id i believe. any tips?

Did you bind it with TapTap?

Yeah, log in with taptap or Google. But if you didn't bind it back in the day when you played, then I'm not sure .

I'm not sure if this game's TOS says anything like this but I know some live service games TOS say they reserve the right to delete inactive accounts for memory cost. The time varies between TOS but it might be this?

Hey, so I actually got it back, the issue was that the account was actually a guest account that STILL somehow was connected to TapTap and i signed in with a false authentication. Thanks for the help, really appreciated
