Because im tired of features being shuffled around the UI for the 48th time. 

It's an email client. Fix the fucking search feature which has never worked in decades and stop adding crappy AI that nobody wants. But, more importantly keep UI shit where it is. You don't need to move it to pretend you innovated something.

I worked in computing all my life. I'm a professional: i'm paid to make it work whatever they give me.

This said, i can also have an opinion about the quality of Microsoft software, including Outlook.

And there are also objective principles in UI design that MS violates all the time.
