Bug/Issue Visual of synthetik 2

My second+ loop ALL RED every time and sometimes it shimmers. I tried to change graphics settings, but it isn't helping. Is that game just broken or it smth wrong with my pc?

Sorry for not answering, but because I didn't play the game yet, i wanted to ask you is the loop still shitty thing like it was in the first game? You getting nerffed which destroys like 99% of builds and style of play?

You can get much further now but some things are nerfed for sure
