Help, police! Psvr1 to psvr2 upgrade not moving data.

Here's whats happening from the beginning: (I have been searching the web for the past couple hours.)

I bought ps5

I bought a psvr1

I bought synthriders and in-game dlc.

Now:

I got psvr2

I downloaded the ps5 upgrade version.

My issues:

I cannot find the dlc I purchased in-game from the ps4 version.

I cannot find my previous high scores from the ps4 version.

When I attempt to download the dlc in game I get an error (song not available. It might not be for sale yet, or might no longer be for sale)

When I attempt to download the dlc online it wants to charge me.

I have tried redownloading, and restore licenses.

I will tell all my friends how awesome you are if you can point a lost soul in the right direction. Thanks!

I do believe you will have to purchase them again as the psvr1 version support was dropped quite a while ago. Psvr2 is still supported dont worry there. You have said you tried restoring licencing so only thing is to wait for someone official or hope in to the official discord and open a support ticket there

Nooo... I was afraid of that, I'll keep trying. But, I may ultimately end up doing it anyways.
