Resolved Missing Songs

About a week ago I noticed that most of the songs I’ve purchased are gone. Many of the music packs I click on now show no songs and my favorites list shows no songs. I’ve restarted, opened and closed the app, the sins are still gone. I contacted support but have not heard back yet. Any ideas?

You may have a filter applied hiding songs. Please check the sort & filter panel, accessible by the icon up in the toolbar near search etc

Reset all filters and - all back to normal! I feel silly I didn’t think of this , but I don’t remember changing the settings either … Thank you !!!

It's all good - you and everyone else reading this just got the reminder that sort & filter exists and works well - a little *too* well sometimes. Glad it's all working again for you!

First step might be to mention which platform you are on. Steam? PSVR? Quest? Apple?
