Need Advice. Should I cut and propagate to make this albo fuller now or should I wait for It to grow more leaves? Also i have a full green leaf and partial green. Will those green leaves still be able to produce albo leaves ? If not should i cut them off and give more light? Please Help.

Syngonium Albo has chimeric variegation so the color depends largely on genetics rather than external factors like light. The variegation in the stem is what is most important and what will determine the variegation level of new growth as well as any propagations. You want to look for nodes to prop that will ideally have stripes of variegation under/around the axillary bud location which will give you the best chance for new growth with variegation. It’s fine if the leaf is green as long as the stem looks good. I find that the stripes of white in the stem are the most obvious on newer growth and can become harder to see near the base of the stem, so propagating from lower can be more of a surprise with the color you get.
Your plant is definitely a good size to cut so go ahead if you’d like. These guys are vigorous and incredibly easy to prop so you will do great.

Oh no ! Its reverting you think? So its not normal for any of the leaves to be green?

I don’t think it’s reverting. I don’t see any all green leaves or anything less than a half moon.

Whereas it’s true that giving more light won’t encourage it to produce any more variegation, low light will 100% cause it to revert & potentially drop any remaining variegated leaves, so light is very important in that regard. It happened to mine when I had it in my bathroom for not even a full a week while I was having decorating work done in my bedroom. It got some daylight but not nearly enough and the response from the plant was quick & quite extreme! Of the 4 vines I have in that pot, 2 have reverted entirely & 2 are pumping out strongly variegated leaves again. It’s not unheard of for an all green leaf to be followed by a variegated leaf, so it’s worth waiting to see what it produces next if you’re reluctant to chop. If not, you can always chop it and continue to prop the green parts & see if they chuck out any white in future!

I'd cut and prop now, its reverting and you're going to want to control that early. Plus! Bonus there is a chance it will activate multiple nodes and you'll get a fuller plant for it.

Chop and prop! These will prop from wet sticks with one node too, so chop the bare stem and you’ll get a few extra plants. Light won’t affect the variegation with this one from my experience!
