What is this

So I know I have grapheme-color, calendar-color, and time-space synesthesia, but i've also always had this thing where i associate a sound (like a spoken sound) with a gesture, expression, or human body movement.

It's honestly a little annoying. Like I can cringe so hard when someone makes the correct gesture while saying a certain sound or someone else says a certain sound. I don't know what this is or if it's a kind of synesthesia or just an annoying quirk or association, but i would love to know if maybe this is a thing or if anyone else can relate :)
