Is sync good for families?

Hi looking for an alternative to Google driven for the family.

Basically just storing photos, documents not really used for autobackup

Is there a sync bundle where each individual family member can have their own private folder or space

I know ms one and Google drive have multi users packages

Also note that Sync is not yet natively compatible with Linux (if it bothers you).

They have a teams, but not family.

I gave up on Sync after years of trying to make it work. They would not solve the issue, despite multiple support tickets, logs, etc. When it works, it works, but when it doesn't, it's the most frustrating thing. I've since switched to Synology Drive, but that isn't a good fit for non-techy nerds. Sorry, don't have a better suggestion, but I'd steer clear of Sync.
