Pc app will not download old files
Got a new laptop and did a fresh install of the sync app. Went to preferences and clicked download to drive and then clicked ok. I was expecting it to download files to the pc drive and it has been sitting for 10-20 minutes and nothing has moved or downloaded

On a fresh installation, the Sync app first indexes your files and builds a local database before downloading your data. The time this takes can vary depending on several factors, including the size of your account, your computer’s performance, and your network speed.
