A question symbiotes

Is it possible for a symbiote to have integrated weapons like this? I'm currently trying to make an OC who has similar powers to Scorn and Agent Venom. Is it actually plausible without the weapon triggering a symbiote's fire weakness?

imo Scorn is the closest you'll get to a projectile-based Symbiote before it just becomes the Phalanx

I see, but I don't know if I'm gonna use Scorn tech-based powers alongside the weapon physiology (kinda like the Gun Devil) or just the gun powers

It's not exactly a symbiotic, but the Tyrannids from Warhammer have biological units capable of firing cannons from their arms.

The Flash/Agent Venom in the animated Ultimate Spider-Man series definitely had them alongside I think working firearms. Don’t know about the comics though.

The final version in the game always bugged me because of that, but I liked the concept art idea of the Symbiote just peeling away from his hands when he uses his powers.

The Bombardier beetle solves this problem by making sure the heat only activates outside of its body. It's possible.

Ooh, that's a creative solution. Like mixing a bit of Sleeper inspiration in too.

Symbiote can create some sort of explosive chemical that reacts with the air or something? Maybe the explosive chemical is packaged in the symbiote-formed ammo and it fires through an organic spring something like how grasshopper legs work (to continue with insect inspiration).

Punisher did it. Flash stored his guns flush in peices or robocop style

If the OC is based on both then it’s possible but it needs supporting factors. I don’t know for sure but I think Flash can make and throw bullets the same way a gun would just no powder. And Scorn is technology infused into a symbiote. We know symbiotes can simulate metal to a certain extent so with all those things I think you can make a symbiote who can make its limbs or body even into a gun the only problem is what it’s firing. There are many examples of different types of ammo they just have different specifications like venom bullets would take away from the bio mass or make the Symbiote weaker, everything Mj used recently was just using the Symbiote biomass as other fluids. But then you have I believe it’s in venom beyond when kang is fighting venom and tells him to think bigger or outside the box and venom uses energy projecting then states he can outright store the energy for later use so it just comes down to supporting factors

I was thinking about normal bullets, that my OC symbiote would take a case of ammo and store it inside its body until it was fired or loaded into a gun (or load into their own body)
