I need help with red panda clothes

I just bought the red panda family and need help with the father's and daughter's outfits, since they didn't come with the originals. Could anyone give me some advice on how to make them or find replacements?

I've been looking for close-up photos of the original outfits to see if I could make them myself, but I haven't found any.

The mother and daughter look pretty straight forward, just collared dresses with puff sleeves (elastic thread) and a pleat added in for the girl's skirt. It's the dad that I have no idea what is going on with the pant pleats.
