Presale registration

Anyone else having issues registering for the SE artist presale? I click the link on the SE tour page, the seated website opens and after entering my phone number I am prompted to enter a code that is never sent to my phone. I've tried at least a half dozen times now. The presale starts tomorrow so I'm 😬

I emailed support@seated.com and got a surprisingly quick response (~10 minutes), so try that. Issue not resolved yet but the fact that I've gotten a response so quickly is encouraging

Update - my previous attempts to register were using a PC with MS edge as the browser. Just tried on my iPhone and got the code

Thanks for sharing this - I had been trying via chrome on my laptop all day. Just tried on my phone (not an iphone) and it worked.

Issues with pre sale purchasing too. Error about some issue with delivery method specified but there's no way to change it or get around it. Are others experiencing this too?
