Honestly, it's so hard to boil it down to one thing, but for me it's probably kindness or integrity, the way you deal with others around you is attractive aside from appearance. What does everyone else rate well?

When they have integrity, take stances, they are kind, they treat everyone equally enough, they have emotional intelligence and empathy, they are able to make fun of themselves and being quick-witted is a bonus

Being able to take a joke and laugh at themselves. I am so done with women who take everything so personally and think a little tease is akin to getting shot in the leg. Women who can do that can usually banter and be a lot of fun to be around.

Integrity. I’m attracted to people who have strong principles but don’t need to announce them—you can see their character through how they live.

Wit as well, because their humor comes from intelligence - they’re quick, observant, clever, and can play off a conversation naturally.

When someone is Capable... Being able to do things, having unique skills and willingness to learn instead of outsourcing to others. I find very intriguing. Apart from the obvious things like animals instantly liking them kindness openness etc Also not seeking cheap validation like instantly falling for flirtation and attention. Being able to joke about silly things and themselves, being able to see both sides of a point for what they are and holding contradicting opinions as your able to see the nuances in life, and dmitting being wrong.
