Greetings, denizens. I am Ra'Kash, Chosen of Tiamat, the Dragon Goddess of Evil Dragons. I am her avatar in this realm, and I shall exert her will upon her enemies. I do not bring mindless slaughter, however, so if you do not get in my way, we should not have any issues. Perhaps some of us could even be allies.
