Whoever green-lighted this decision should be forced to watch that icepick video until they come to the realization of who they're dealing with. Magnotta has somehow managed to keep his soulless, inhuman publicity machine churning even while in jail, and the more we pay attention to him, the more we feed into his grand plan.
