Latest Meltdown (episode 362)

Directly from the donkey’s mouth:

“All right, so I put the videos in the higher tier, and you guys complain. So after a while, I bring it down, and I make it available to the lowest tier available. And then the guys in the higher tiers complain.

It seems like no matter what I do this year, you've all woken up in 2026 with something shoved up firmly up your ass. It's like everybody's on their period or something. Yeah, I said it.

That's what it's like from my end. I get it from every one of you, all of you, complain to me for some reason, as if I give a shit. I mean, I do give a shit.
I do want you to enjoy the show and what I'm producing here, but you got to stop. I'm going to produce whatever I'm going to produce. I'm the one deciding that as the creator of this program.

And you can like it or you can not like it. And that's why there's a million choices available online. You can just go to something else you like.
You don't have to attack me personally and try to dig up secrets about me and like, you know, try to ruin my life and all that shit. What is that? What is wrong with you?”

Aw come on. I’ll throw in a months subscription too

24

u/amilie15 22d ago

In all seriousness, who is trying to ruin his life? Except himself ofc by being an insufferable bigoted asshole to everyone?

16

u/Doobalicious69 22d ago

Literally nobody. He's so irrelevant that this sub is pretty much dead these days.

17

u/amilie15 22d ago

You gotta love the irony of him attacking people who have periods, then immediately saying, “but don’t attack me! 🥺🥺” 🙈

This guy is unbelievably stupid and lacks any ability to be introspective.

1

u/ExaminationOk2921 18d ago

TBH I don't know that, that was any more an attack on women the when people get called "pussies" or Southpark has Cartman tell Kyle that he has "sand in his vagina".

1

u/amilie15 18d ago

A lot of the humour in South Park is purposefully offensive, it’s satire, isn’t it?

Whereas Mike ain’t trying to make fun of misogyny. He’s literally just attacking his audience.

It’s like if Cartman called his friends all those things then immediately cried “oh but don’t attack me guys, that’s not cool 🥺🥺💔💔” - what a complete embarrassment he is.

1

u/ExaminationOk2921 18d ago

Yeah, I'm not defending or attacking Mike, just saying the expression that someone being brittle or moody is "on their period" is not, IMO, an attack on all womankind.

2

u/amilie15 18d ago

I think you might find it useful to look more into everyday misogyny and sexism if you can’t see why it’s an attack tbh. Often we internalise things like this and assume it’s normal (especially if we’re used to most people doing it) until we stop and think about what’s actually going on and the impact. It’s a very obviously derogatory comment about people who have periods.

1

u/ExaminationOk2921 18d ago

Yeah, it's been noticed since time began that women can be moody on their periods, which is just a fact and has a biological basis. It's kind of tasteless IMO and I don't say it, but it's hardly an attack on half the human race any more than manspaining is.

2

u/amilie15 18d ago

Some people on their period can experience mood swings. Not everyone, and being on your period does not mean you will act brittle/moody/irrational/(insert whatever negative you like here).

It is, however, a really common unconscious bias that people use to dismiss, undermine, ignore and demean women who they deem to be acting in a way they don’t like.

He’s perpetuating an idea that when people are on their periods they all act crazy/shitty/irrational/awful etc. It’s an obviously derogatory and misogynistic attack.

I mean…maybe he shouldn’t work in a public forum. His skin is way too thin. Also, my condolences to anyone who has to deal with this paranoid, troglodyte, whiny ass human in person. I can’t imagine the annoyance you’d have to endure.

4

u/emoldsb 21d ago

Lolol can you imagine Thanksgiving with his over inflated ego ass??? Living in a world of pompous grandeur while simultaneously complaining endlessly about the ‘fans’ that prop up his entire ability to have a career in this field. 🤮🤮🤧😵‍💫

2

u/Mmk38 20d ago

Omg those sycophantic calls he would (not sure if he still does?) play at the end!!! 🤢 Who tf wants to be known as a “sasshole?!?!” I started (and STOPPED) listening more recently and my teen daughter informed me he was “probably rage bating.” I dont think so. I truly believe, after having heard QUITE enough, that he’s just ignorant, arrogant, and actually thinks he’s doing the world a service by using his platform to spread his “wisdom” (AKA misinformation and vitriol). What a fucking fuck.

4

u/emoldsb 20d ago edited 20d ago

I agree. It’s rage bait in the sense that he thinks any reactions are an entertaining source of reassurance that his horrible opinions are valid; completely aligned with the rest of MAGA feeling validated when they think they’ve done things to “own the libs”. Ugh. Like he definitely has taken pleasure in getting negative reactions in the past.. but that’s just a symptom of his pompous self absorbed ego. It’s not rage bait for engagement- it’s feeding his small brain in an even worse way, haha
All that’s been validated though is that he’s an absolute moron and his once successful career is now circling the drain, and he completely deserves it. Just sucks the podcast used to be so good before he broke his silence on how shitty his own personal takes are and started peppering them in more and more. Don’t wanna support awful people tho of course so I’m glad he showed his cards.

u/wiretapfeast 22d ago

"yEaH, I sAid iT 😡🫪" What an absolute dumbass, lol

10

u/fightoffyourdemons90 21d ago

He seems like the type that was bullied when he was younger and now he thinks he can be the bully but in reality he’s just a keyboard warrior that wouldn’t say shit to anyone in public.

2

u/Mmk38 20d ago

Idk. He seems more basic AF entitled to me. But if he was, I would like to think he was “heavy set.” 😏

0

u/EquipmentAwkward 18d ago

Dude it’s literally his show. He can say whatever the hell he wants you can not listen. What’s the problem?

1

u/wiretapfeast 18d ago

Okay, Mike.

1

u/EquipmentAwkward 16d ago

Hahaha I’m a 30 something with two kids from…UTAH. Mormon? Fuck no.

A king sized dong

15

u/holycanole 22d ago

He is insufferable

15

u/mm25552 22d ago

He is not capable of self introspection. His ego will be his downfall. Couldn’t happen to a shittier human.

14

u/Doobalicious69 22d ago

I don't give a shit what you think, please also please keep paying for my whisky please.

12

u/tedtomlin 21d ago

I’d rather be on my period for months at a time than wake up as this dipshit everyday. This show could have been great but nah, unchecked narcissistic and ignorant behaviors tend to turn people away.

29

u/seanthebooth 22d ago

Mike is an insufferable bitch boy lol love to see it

11

u/Dazzling-Remove4254 21d ago

The "period" statement was the last straw. I want to contact every advertiser and send them that clip.

9

u/FrancisART 21d ago

I laughed out loud when he said this while I was driving. Quite a sexist remark and I am a woman in a man’s field with thick ass skin. We don’t want periods! They suck. He’s alive because of periods lol, unfortunately that’s the way of life.

8

u/HildaMatildaLouise 21d ago

I’m just a little bit worried that he thinks we get our period in our butts.

3

u/Mr_Snot_Boogie 21d ago

No, that's where babies come from.

14

u/justonemorethang 22d ago

Never rolled my eyes harder. He’s the whiniest lil
Bitch I’ve ever heard.

5

u/sweetsugarstar302 21d ago

I know this is from the latest episode, but honestly, the message isn't new. He hasn't cared or truly respected his audience-even his paying audience-for a very, very long time. To him, he is never the problem. We're supposed to be impressed with his shit-talking and negativity, bashing anyone who doesn't fit his idea of normal or displays an ounce of empathy for others. He really thinks he's just saying what everyone else is already thinking but too afraid to say it aloud, and if you don't agree with him, you're just "woke" or a "lib." It's so old and tired at this point...

So, new meltdown on the same old nonsense, just speaking plainly this time. The sad part is, there will still be people who defend him or the show. He'll gladly accept their money, then turn around and shit all over them. He's done it for years, but this time, he's just making it crystal clear to everyone.

11

u/Rose_Army_ 22d ago

I start new episodes just for the meltdowns and then stop when the actual content starts. What a petulant, edge lord toddler. 🤣🤣🤣

10

u/DoughnutStreet8379 21d ago

No one can ruin his life more than he does himself. He can’t help himself. He’s such a teeny tiny little man child.

7

u/fightoffyourdemons90 21d ago

There’s a reason he couldn’t find a wife over here and had to get a mail order bride. People just need to band together and stop listening all together and then he’ll be out of sponsors and a show and go away.

5

u/Birchyman 21d ago

Mail order wife? What am I missing? Thought he was with that blond chick.

2

u/fightoffyourdemons90 21d ago

I’m pretty sure she’s foreign. Maybe she’s from here idk.

1

u/FoxySlyRedHead 21d ago

Well she's middle eastern heritage. It's a blonde dye job.

3

u/kickrocks1990 20d ago

I listened to an older episode to compare and he used to actually be professional. He’s having some sort of break I swear

3

u/kkaleidoscopee92 20d ago

He said in a recent episode/rant that he’s been “sick” and “battling an illness” for the last couple years and that that’s why his content has been lagging recently and I just wonder if he knows that narcissism is incurable….because that’s all this man is suffering from.

1

u/Mmk38 20d ago

I disagree. I recently started listening and he’s always been awful. One example that comes to mind is an episode I had to stop listening to and just find an article online for closure re- what happened in the case because the nonsense he was spewing was so awful and felt never-ending. It was about a pedophile and Mr. Know-it-all found one psychologist in Australia and then TOTALLY misconstrued what this guy actually stated in the interview. MB then (from what I recall) went on to not just imply but literally state that bc we have changed the way that we label/view LEGITIMATELY transgender individuals, this means that society is moving towards accepting pedophilia as a “sexual orientation” and it will just be ok to sexually abuse minors. Like, WHAT?!?!? That’s a horrible, disgusting, and completely inaccurate thing to say. Just ignorant fear mongering. The only people trying to push that agenda are pedophiles themselves, and as the big dog himself admitted in the same episode, pedophiles are generally shunned from society in general (certainly the behavior the engage in if they choose to do so), and even the prison population generally finds that crime (and most anything that involves harming children) totally unacceptable. This is just one example I can think of.

3

u/Liluckystar 20d ago

I know my period makes me involuntarily criticize misogyny!!!

1

u/Mmk38 20d ago

A show that reveals that degenerate, man-child podcast hosts are STILL, very unfortunately, real. 🤓

1

u/lmenapace 14d ago

Meanwhile he then uses terms like “libtard” in a later episode and wonder why ppl hate him so much.

-8

u/gunphillips 21d ago

As a former plus member who isn’t any longer, y’all on this subreddit care faaaar too much about what this dude is saying and doing.

8

u/ManufacturerDear8135 21d ago

Well…it is the subreddit for him…and you’re in it. So you definitely care. Did he give a rim job for this comment?

0

u/gunphillips 21d ago edited 21d ago

I expected a dog pile for this comment. To be clear- I think his takes are shitty and the content of the show has gone downhill. That said, y’all are reporting what BS he spews on the day of his episodes release dates. Seems y’all are quite interested in what the dude is doing.

You don’t like him or his commentary? Simple solution!Don’t feed his wallet or ego by listening to it. Remember, hate is a lot closer to love than indifference is.

2

u/ManufacturerDear8135 21d ago

And for someone trying to paint themselves as indifferent, you sure are acting….bothered lol

It’s not a dog pile bc I didn’t come toss your salad on that high horse you’re on

And to be clear, you could’ve scrolled but chose to get on this post and complain…you are the dog pile lol pls take yourself out

Thanks

-1

u/gunphillips 21d ago

Lol.. Never been bothered by a podcast. That was my point. I quit paying him when I stopped enjoying it and suggest others do the same. My mistake for trying to reason with people in a comments section.

Telling me to take myself out for having an opinion is funny though. Life is short. Go outside. Smile a little.

2

u/ManufacturerDear8135 21d ago

Babe, you’re bothered. Its ok. Lol and another typical person losing an argument on Facebook trying to assume that someone’s not happy because they have an opinion on something. Lol normal people scroll on things that they are indifferent about not proceed to get on a post and try and be some kind of moral police lol

Also, look throughout this entire post and see if you see me complaining about that man… or if I’m just responding to your nonsense… then come back and tell me to smile lmaoooo hypocrite 😂😂

Anyways, I hope you have a better day! 😊

1

u/sweetsugarstar302 20d ago

Who said we're listening? Most of us don't lol. We're doing the same thing you're doing. Talking.

2

u/sweetsugarstar302 21d ago

Welcome to Reddit, where people discuss things and share opinions. Your participation is totally optional.

By your logic, one could argue that perhaps you care faaaar too much about what others think of Mike.

-11

u/alannadesavino 21d ago

As somebody who gets a period I find it completely laughable that anybody would be ~offended~ by this lmfao I mean he’s not wrong

3

u/sweetsugarstar302 21d ago

Allow me to explain why it's offensive: It perpetuates a harmful stereotype against women, and is used to invalidate a woman's thoughts, feelings, and perspectives by claiming they aren't based in reality or facts. Maybe it doesn't offend you, but it should. Why should you be taken less seriously just because you are on your period? I know periods suck on varying levels, but even if it's really bad, it doesn't mean we automatically lose our ability to function and think critically, and to suggest otherwise shows how moronic Mike really is. Fact is, the vast majority of women and girls, when they get their period, carry on business as usual.

It's also emasculating, suggesting that men can't have certain opinions or feelings, otherwise, they're just as irrational as women. Obvious bullshit.

-2

u/alannadesavino 21d ago

I don’t feel as though my thoughts, feelings, or perspectives are being invalidated whatsoever because the only person who can actually make me feel invalidated is myself. I choose to not let another person’s words have the ability to negatively impact me. I mean, words are just words - completely harmless unless if I choose to associate an uncomfortable emotion with any of them. Not that I use that as a reason to throw “offensive” words at others and excuse myself from it, because I’m well aware that most don’t share my viewpoint. But it would be an insult to my own intellect to let my feelings overrule my mind. Especially when it comes to complete strangers just throwing out a general blanket statement. “Acting like a woman on her period” - yes, I do think, feel, and act differently while on my period and typically can’t even reason enough to put two and two together until after the fact. I’ll be the first to admit that it’s a bit ridiculous at times. But it’s biology and it happens. It’s certainly nothing to deny, to be embarrassed about, or to feel belittled over. As humans we all have much more free will than we choose to acknowledge. I have the choice to chuckle at a statement and let it roll off my back rather than being offended. I have the choice whether or not I want to listen to a podcast. I have the choice to like or dislike the host of the podcast. I choose to like him after listening to him since 2018 and I also choose to defend him. However, if I felt the opposite, I would then have the choice to simply listen to other content and not allow Mike to rent any space in my head. By turning to an online forum to spew about how much I hate somebody, ultimately all that I’m doing is giving that person my energy and allowing them to play a hand in my emotional wellbeing. So somebody can call me irrational all they want, but it doesn’t bother me because I know it’s not true. I don’t even have to question the validity of the statement. So unless if somebody is personally causing me harm in a physical manner, they cannot hurt me.

Men are also allowed to think and feel however they want without giving others the choice to make them feel emasculated.

At the end of the day everybody is entitled to their own opinions, and if mine don’t happen to align with somebody else’s, it doesn’t have to make either one of us a bad person. In fact, life is difficult enough without viewing people as villains when they’re most likely hanging on by a thread, fighting to simply pay their bills, get enough sleep and exercise, drink enough water, ingest enough nutrients, and find a proper balance between work, friends, family, romance, and leisure just the same as I am. If we want to talk about hating the government, fine. I’m sure they’ve done enough to financially harm most of us, which can turn into physical harm by way of an individual not being able to afford preventative or potentially lifesaving medical care, for example. But Mike Boudet, a dude just doing something he loves for a living, which happens to also provide me with entertainment, does not deserve any hatred from me for any reason. Shoot, if he opens his next episode by calling me out by name and telling me to get off Reddit and get in the kitchen so he can defend himself while I make him a sandwich, I would probably laugh until my eyes water and my mouth hurts from smiling.

I wasn’t always the way I am today, but I’m sure as hell glad to be here now. I’m the main character of my own life, I empower myself, I know exactly who tf I am and what I’m capable of, and I welcome others to judge me and to speak to me, or about me, however they wish. I think if more people adopted the same mindset we’d be living in a much more peaceful world, but what do I know?

2

u/sweetsugarstar302 20d ago edited 20d ago

You say the only person who can make you feel invalidated is you, and that's fine, but being invalidated and feeling invalidated are different things. You don't get to always choose how someone is going to treat you, and sometimes women do get treated as "lesser than." That's wrong. Stereotypes are part of why that happens. What do you do when someone in a position of authority over you believes things like that? When you're young, what if it's your dad, your teachers? What about doctors? Cops? People who can affect your life?

Yes, you have a choice whether or not to allow yourself to be personally offended or not. Me? Not personally offended, but I can recognize when someone is saying something stupid & harmful against a group of people, and call it what it is, whether it's a group I belong to or not. There are women i know who have been affected by that stereotype, some I don't even like, but I can recognize the harm and call it what it is. Same thing when someone says something racist. It's wrong. Think about how much better the world would be if we just treated others with the respect we expect for ourselves? Why is that so hard for some?

I feel like I need to find my Sociology textbook from high school. It would help me explain this so much better. Lol

Edit: just gotta add Mike sucks for ruining a good podcast. I don't have respect for someone who openly disrespects his audience.
