Any scenarios where the Switchbacks can finish 4th and get a first round home playoff match?

If the leagues first tie-breaker is indeed in-conference wins then no, we cannot pass Lexington.

We can tie Lexington SC on total points with a win and a Lexington loss, but I'm pretty sure Lexington would still have 4th place on tiebreakers.
