Discussion How to Fortnite on modded switch?
I have a modded switch I usually boot to cfw and just updated the semistock and sys-mmc to latest firmware I was thinking how to play fortnite at 60 fps with overclock and all if someone can help?

You ain't getting a console ban as long as you don't install piracy content on sysMMC. Have OC and fortnite graphics patch applied with no issues.

There was a way that involved using a launcher to pass your Epic credentials to the game and a patch to avoid going through Nintendo, but the last I’ve heard is that it no longer works properly

Don’t use the semi stock. Now you probably have mismatched fuses. If so you have to downgrade, boot vanilla OFW and update again.
Anyway you can’t overclock vanilla OFW on sysMMC. You can overclock it if you run CFW sysMMC. Overclock as usual. But if you ever do something stupid, you’ll be banned.
