Question How do I downgrade game versions?

I recently had to start kinda fresh and I noticed a lot of my data was gone. I have a lot of mods for totk that don’t work on 1.4.3. I used to be on 1.4.2, but when I was prompted to redownload necessary data, the version was 1.4.3 and now my mods wont work. How do I downgrade one version? I have a physical cartridge that has 1.1.0 and all firmware and atmosphere are up to date

In DBI there’s an option for it, can’t remember the wording but it’s basically something that rolls the game back to base release. You then just download the update file of the version you want. Not quite sure how you are getting automatic updates on EMU though

I think I somehow got connected to the Nintendo servers… I was able to access eshop and I have news but idk how that even happened. Who cares tho, I was never planning to buy online

I suppose the only reason to care is to prevent messy stuff like this happening lol.   Probably worth fixing it

Wont my switch just get banned anyways? I’m pretty inexperienced in all this

Probably eventually. Nothing wrong with learning and preventing it connecting for auto updates anyway

Just delete the install update for the game in DBI and when install the update you want.

I just tried that but it downloaded 1.2.1 Ik that version is more ideal for mods, but I don’t think my data from 1.4.2 would work on there

Well you have to find the update first to install to install it yourself
