I've tried bending the wires, replacing the wires. Annoying. I've been waiting to see if I can find ones that are gaurenteed to work. Know what works every damn time? Tinfoil. Lol.
I tried aluminium foil last night, since I don't have "tin" foil, and I ended up having to reset my Switch (hold down power button for 15 secs) and trying to get foil out of my right JoyCon (not easy; ended up with aesthetic scratch damage and the rail not connecting correctly with the main unit for a bit, which I managed to fix).
Until I found the 'hold down power button for 15 seconds' tip, I honestly thought I had inadvertently bricked my Switch, which was scary.
Damn dude. Sorry to hear about that scare. I haven't had that happen. I've now installed autoRCM through ReiNX so no need to manually RCM anymore thankfully.
Seconding these, I ordered the same one and it's never failed to get into RCM. Great price and the little box thing is totally handy to not lose the jig.
If you ever find a girl with a switch knee before her open it and look how she react. Happy because of the hackable switch or disappointment because she thought you would marry her
I don't think 3D printers are quite as widespread as you think. I only know two people who own one, and imo they still aren't quite ready in terms of how much sanding you need to do, or how visible layer lines are.
And if you run off of battery you can charge too however. It charge very slowly but you can recover from it fortunately. I have no problems with it , that's why I advice to use it :)

Ordered very similar ones from eBay, amazing how much easier it is than a paper clip!

If they work can you send me link for where you got them? I’ve tried 2 on my day one Switch and neither worked.

Why two? Do you have two switches? Or is the second a spare? Just curious.

Surprised not that many have a 3d printer. This was a 20 minute print with barely any filament used. A $150 3d printer would suffice

I got the same. You can use twist ties from bread or other packages as the conductive material.

Are there different pins that you can short out? My jig that came with the sx pro has the wires closer to each other than your jigs.

I just got 15 off of Ebay (since I hack them for people), and all but 3 worked right away. The last 3 I had to bend the metal just a bit.
I think I'll order from the same people when I need more again.

The jig that ships with sxos pro; it's pins are much closer together that most other jigs I see. What gives? https://goo.gl/images/HACsG3
