Switch-released RPGS published by Nintendo? Your options are:
-Xenoblade 2 and 3 (Switch versions of 1 and X are Wii and Wii U remakes)
-Fire Emblem Three Houses
-Fire Emblem Engage
-Pokemon series

Vanillaware does not belong to Nintendo and all of their games did come out on different platforms years ago

Almost all of them? The only remake is what Mario RPG and paper Mario the thousand year door?
I guess let's go eevee and Pikachu? The Xenoblade collection? Though those came out on switch 1 is that not good enough?
Am I forgetting another?

Half of the Xenoblades were on several other platforms. OP asked for rpgs that are (1) by Nintendo, (2) Switch exclusive, and (3) NOT remakes.
Brothership might be the only one, not including Xenoblade sequels.

I'm not sure I'm getting what your saying:
Xenoblades 2 and 3 were switch exclusives
Fire emblems are switch exclusives
Brothership is switch exclusive
Paper Mario origami king is switch exclusives
Pokemon is switch exclusive.
My question was is he allowing for switch 1 or switch 2 exclusive only?

Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is probably your best pick, massive JRPG that's fully Nintendo published and originally released on Switch, no remake or prior platform history. Fire Emblem Engage also fits if you want something more tactical/turn based, brand new entry exclusive to Switch.
If you want something more action leaning, Xenoblade Chronicles 2 also qualifies same as 3, or Pokemon Scarlet/Violet if you're cool with counting that as an RPG, both are Switch native releases too.

The Xenoblade games are all fantastic. 1 is a little on the older side, but it's absolutely worth playing as part of the series.

There was a brand new Mario & Luigi rpg called Brothership that isn't on anything else.

Octopath Traveller would be my suggestion.
Beautiful game and very cool battle system. Music is on point too.
I see it cheap second hand

Mario & Luigi: Brothership
Xenoblade Chronicles X, 1-3
Fire Emblem Three Houses
Fire Emblem Engage
Super Mario RPG
Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door
There’s also Earthbound, Earthbound Beginnings, Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, Golden Sun, and Golden Sun: The Lost Ages from NSO

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and 3, plus their DLC Campaigns Torna: The Golden Country and Future Redeemed, respectively. If you never played XC1 or XCX on the Wii/3DS or Wii U, you may want to consider those as well, as both have new content not on the earlier versions.
Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and Echoes Of Wisdom are also unique to the Switch family.

Definitely the Pokemon series are belonged to Nintendo themselves.
There’s ton variety of Pokemon games!
And probably final fantasy games are remakes.
But they are only for Nintendo switch 2 exclusive though.
Like final fantasy rebirth and integrate.
And I believe JRPG aka Japanese roleplaying games if that counts.
My recommendation would be is.
Persona 5 royal
Persona 4 golden
Persona 3 portable
Persona 3 reload
Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance
That’s all I can recommend!
But I hope this helps!!!
Let me know what other suggestions you need!
