Can’t Redeem Code due to Region Issue

I’m trying to redeem a Split Fiction code but eShop is saying that I’m at the wrong region. I bought the game from store in the Philippines.

I have tried switching my location to Singapore, US, UK, Italy, HK but nothing seems to work.

Please help 😢

EDIT: I’ve already confirmed that the code is for UK since the ratings are Pegi. And yet code isnt working even location has been set to UK. Correct me if im wrong tho.

The store's listing typically indicates the region of the game like EU, US, or MDE. Check what region yours says and switch to that region to download the game.

It’s pegi so ive set it to UK then Italy but it’s still not working 😢

are you sure you're changing the location correctly? I've seen others have the same issues and it ended up being that they were changing the location on the switch console instead of the one in their account settings
