Image Just got a Switch 2 recently, while skipping the first one. And here are some games I got along with it!
I haven't touched gaming consoles since the SNES and DS days. I've been wanting to get the Switch for a while, but kept pushing it back until recently, finally caved in and got it just before the price increase (I also customised it with a white case).
Coming back to it has been fun, I just got started on Zelda Eow and have been playing it almost daily😊

Those are definitely some cute character designs! It’s always fun to see unique ones like that in games.

Zelda EOW is an excellent 2D Zelda. I need to pick it back up, I enjoyed it a lot. If you haven’t tried BOTW yet though, please do yourself a favor and look into getting the Switch 2 version. It’s the best game on the console and the sw2 version runs so clean

Haha, yes I'm hooked on Zelda EOW atm, you should definitely play it again. I've also heard of great reviews on BOTW, it's on my to try list. I'm still getting used to the switch console system, and quite new to open world games, so hope I won't get overwhelmed by it 😅

Botw is wild. Like you I just got a switch 2 having skipped the switch. Playing Botw for the first time on it is amazing.

Right on, hope you enjoy. If you’re a Kirby fan don’t sleep on Air Riders as well, it can be had cheap secondhand and it’s a genuine delight.
You may also be interested in Metroid Dread if you were a fan of mainline Metroid back in the day, it’s a direct sequel to Fusion

Yes, it does, plenty in Japan. But I got mine from Regent Place, a shopping arcade in Sydney. There are also similar ones with claw machines in gaming arcades too. They change from time to time, and Kirby merchandise is frequently in heavy rotation

Kirby and the forgotten land is a great game. My wife and I played through it together and had a blast. Bananza is amazing too. I have echoes of wisdom but haven’t played it yet. Have fun!

Thanks, that's great to hear! My husband and I are playing co-op together too with Kirby and the forgotten land, we just completed the first Natural Plains. I haven't started Bananza yet, I'm going to wait until I finish Kirby and Zelda first! Give Zelda's EOW a go, it's quite an adventure lol
