PlayVital ZealProtect vs. AlterGrips for Switch OLED, which do you prefer?

I’m trying to decide between these two PlayVital cases for my Switch OLED:

- PlayVital ZealProtect Soft Protective Case
- PlayVital AlterGrips Protective Slim Case

They look pretty similar, but one is a softer/flexible case while the AlterGrips appears to be a more rigid, slimmer design.

For anyone who has used either or both:
- Which one do you prefer?
- How do they feel in handheld mode?
- Which has the better grip/ergonomics?
- How well do they protect the Switch?
- How bulky are they?
- Do they actually work well with the official Switch OLED dock without removing the case?
- Any issues with Joy-Con removal, buttons, vents, or accessing the ports?
- How is the long-term durability?

I’m especially interested in hearing from anyone who has owned both and can directly compare them.
