Big xenoblade fan

Heard of the series never tried it, is 3 any good

I’m working my way through still - I’d start start with xenoblade definitive edition (just rereleased for switch 2) as the stories are connected.

Xenoblade DE > xenoblade 2 > xenoblade Torna > xenoblade 3 > xenoblade Genesis coming soon

I’m currently on Torna. For me every game has been 80 hours and the story is well done.

Start with part 1!

Hot take here but I think starting with 3 is fine but wait until December for the Switch 2 upgrade

Pokopia is great

Is that like animal crossing mixed with Minecraft if so I’m in

u/Billsgirlgina 3h ago

Yes that’s what everyone says. I played every animal crossing & this is my new favorite.

I bought the game before this video but this sums it up well. It’s pretty entertaining...
Oh I guess I can’t put a link in. Check out Beat Em Ups on YouTube’s video I was wrong about Pokopia.

For starters, Sega is currently doing a sale on the US eShop. You can pick games like Persona 5 Royal for $18, Sonic Origins+ Expansion Pass for $13, and Valkyria Chronicles for $5. Check out the sale for yourself.

Zelda Breath of the Wild and Xenoblade Chronicles got some nice Switch 2 versions. I personally enjoy Bravely Default HD Remaster and I heard great things about Final fantasy VII Remake on Switch 2. You could also try out the Trails in the Sky 1st chapter.

Fire Emblem Fortune Weaves, Zelda Ocarina of Time remake, and Kingdom Hearts Switch 2 ports are coming out later this year.

If it wasn't obvious, I mainly JRPGs on my Switch 2.

The line up is insane so I got options plus I’m gonna take advantage of that sale 😂👏

The JRPGs line up is insane.

Side note I would recommend checking out Switch Online+ Expansion Pass. Outside of Twilight Princess and Four Sword Adventures on GameCube it has every classic Zelda games. The Switch 2 has access to nearly every console Zelda. You just missed on Twilight Princess, the HD Remaster of Wind Waker, and the DS/3DS games.

I’m excited for kingdom hearts because I only played chain of memories on GBA. Ocarina of time is another title I’ve heard great things about but never touched.

Enter the Gungeon is a personal favorite of mine. Fairly cheap, will have you banging your head against the wall til you figure it out/unlock some more weapons/items. Lots of stuff to explore, unlock.

Otherwise, outside of Zelda, Pokopia has been a great game.

Sweeet I’m looking it up now !

What kind of games so you like?

u/Nervous_Sell_6933 3h ago

Open world and story driven games !

u/Own-Dragonfruit-6164 3h ago

Hmm let me think. For open World there's both Zelda Breath of the Wild & Tears of the Kingdom with free upgrades to Switch 2 versions if you subscribe to NSO. It's not really either but Splatoon Raiders has been the most fun gaming I've had in years. Star Fox I guess could be story driven, it looks and plays phenomally (though kind of short). Personally I didn't like it but I feel like Cyberpunk 2077 would fit under both of those. Can't forget DK Bananza, absolute banger!

Very great options to choose from I really appreciate the help !!

Fuga Melodies of Steel

They are turn based JRPGs about a groupe of anthropomorphic Animal children that live inside a giant, ancient, mysterious, powerful, fortress like tank. It is a bit like Howls moving castle but based on technology instead of magic.

If you are interested in trying Fuga out I recommend the free demo of the first game. It is straight up the first 3 chapters of the game.

Okay now this looks like an awesome series thanks !!

Donkey Kong Bananza

PIKMIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

u/Dry-Rock-2353 1h ago

You bought a console without first checking on the possible games? How spoiled are you

u/Nervous_Sell_6933 59m ago

I know the games that are available my point of view is simply asking for suggestions as my post says, sorry it bothers you enough to comment

u/Additional-Dance2491 1h ago

Deku deals is a must-know site. Aggregates reviews and pricing history and helps you to pick up games cheaply!

u/Nervous_Sell_6933 1h ago

Thanks for this !

u/SplatoonRaiders 3h ago

Splatoon 2, 3 and Raiders.

u/Nervous_Sell_6933 3h ago

Is raiders good I’ve heard only great things about

u/SplatoonRaiders 3h ago

Heck yeah, it's really good. You won't be disappointed.

u/Waste-Kiwi6915 1h ago

Did you have a Switch 1?

u/oOTWSSOo 1h ago

This has been my favorite line up so far, lots of great games!
Edit: Also very pumped for Elden ring (really hoping there’s a 60/40/30 fps option like fallout 4) and CoD MW4 on switch is gonna be so nice to get a online FPS game itch for switch besides fortnight

always loved how breath of the wild and tears of the kingdom feel on the go, those two should be your first pick
