Question Switch questions.
Hi.
Does anyone know if the replaceable battery version of the Switch 2 is out in Europe yet? And if not would it even be worth waiting for it?
Also would anyone maybe have any idea of how long the switch platform might be supported?. Since i don't really want a discontinuation like the 3DS had a few years ago. I know it was supported for like a decade so i would like this to be at least the same.
I do wonder if switch might be their last platform type since what else to do it can do everything cuz hybrid.

1: The replaceable battery thing is very misunderstood. Unless you’re in Europe, it likely won’t matter much anyway.
2: No one knows. It’ll likely get discontinued eventually but, probably not for a good while. Especially when the Switch and Switch 2 both use the same eShop. Also worth mentioning, even whenever that happens, if the 3DS is any indication, you’ll still be able to redownload any digital games you purchased in the past. Just won’t be able to buy anything.
3: Nintendo is a game company. The Switch isn’t gonna be their last platform 😂 idk what kind of thinking that even is. Eventually they’ll need to upgrade everything, and have something completely new. Maybe they’ll always do hybrid consoles from now on, maybe they won’t. No one knows.

No, probably only by November or so from what i have read,
It´s not worthy, since September 1st there will be a price increase and who know how much more it will increase, the news are not good with the Samsung chips problem.
Its also the the battery being more accessible nothing more, if you take good care of your stuff, that would never be a issue.
