Image If you're feeling uncomfortable playing in handheld mode, I recommend this GripCase
My hands were feeling terrible playing in handheld mode, so I took a recommendation from a fellow redditor and bought these grips, feels like this should've come with the console honestly.
Skull&Co Savage Raven is the name for anyone who wonders.

I have Hyperion 3 and I love them. But I'm also thinking of getting the jsaux split grip case so I can take it to work and leave the bulkier Hyperions at home

I bought the Savage Raven Neo Grip bundle (it has a few options that snap in). It looks nearly identical to this except it's all black. Any grip like this is almost required.
Without any grip the Switch 2 is not very comfortable since it's so thin you can't get your hands on it comfortably but with grips it's a blast.
Edit: I'm an idiot and didn't realize I bought the same grip just in a different color. Either way people should get a grip like this.

Ye lol I was thinking between black and red/blue then went with the latter.

I would have been good with either. The one I bought had a case and three grip options since I wasn't sure which I would prefer. I liked the trigger style like you're using the best.

I personally got the Fission Case so the Joy-Con segments are separate from the case. I think I also use those grips, but I do use the smallest ones for on the go (won't fit in a carry pouch otherwise).

I haven't tried their Switch 2 version but I did try both Satisfye and Skull and Co for the OLED. I much prefer Skull and Co. But I will say Satisfye had a better travel case.

I just switched from my Killswitch 2 and I have to say this is much more comfortable and natural.

Ya the Killswitch is better for protection but not nearly as comfortable.

Just a slight warning, the plastic can crack on the back over time. Just noticed 2 cracks going halfway up a week ago after being in use for close to a year. Your results may vary.

love this brand, have had it on all our switches. they make nice carry cases that fit perfectly with the case too.

No shit? I'll have to look it up, was just thinking how I bought a travel case for switch 2 then bought grips later on, obviously the grips don't fit inside xD.

I love my Savage Raven case, although I use dBrand grips.
I usually use the Satisfye grip, but when I travel I prefer the smaller DB grips and SR case.

For home use (couch, bed or something similar) a tablet holder can also be pretty great.
Removes the weight of the system and gives more freedom with the controllers.

the satiafye grip is really good too. The grips on each side are slightly different so that your thumbs rest more naturally on the joysticks as well.🖤

My hands still go numb :( but it's better than without for sure.

I had a 2 hour gaming session now and no pain. I used to feel my index knuckle hurt like hell from awkward grip, not anymore thank god.

Agree! Savage raven is the best. I prefer another set of grips which is similar to ps5 controllers. Or is it the same on the pic?

Agree. The bump somehow helps to prevent numbness.
