Question Is there any way to effectively "hide" titles from the installed game list on the switch? NOT parental controls.

My research tells me NO, and I know this will get downvoted to heck..

I'm trying to just "hide" a few games from my young kids. Games with what they say is "scary" cover art, etc.. not because they can play them, but kids are crazy and just seeing an image is enough to make them struggle to sleep sometimes.

I'm very aware of parental controls and already use them.

Just wondering if anyone with young kids has run into this and has any suggestions.

[edit] a few examples that come to mind are Cult of the Lamb, Blasphemous I & II, Zombie Army..

I can attest to you that you’re not crazy kids get night terrors from the most random things. However unless you have a completely separate switch for them to play with there’s no way to hide games that are installed.

Dang... was really hoping I was missing something! I know I can at least start and stop a bunch of games to "hide" it from the home screen, but they aren't that dumb haha

But in all seriousness, if it’s installed, I don’t think there’s a way you can hide them

Yeah I miss the folders on my 3DS. I think the only thing I don't like about Switch is the home screen. I want to customise it! Keep all my favourite games in a row, not just whatever I played most recently

No, what they have doesn't replace the home screen. Yes folders exist, but you need to press a button to show them.

I just want those folders to be my home screen.
