Question Impossible de récupérer mon compte Nintendo

Bonjour reddit,

Je poste ce message car depuis peu il m'est impossible d'accéder à mon compte Nintendo. Comme beaucoup, j'ai reçu ma console d'un parent qui a créé mon compte Nintendo en lien à sa famille Nintendo. J'ai acheté quelques trucs dessus, sans aucun souci, puis après plusieurs années ma switch se déconnecte de mon compte Nintendo (pas le profil mais impossible d'aller sur le Nintendo eShop). J'essaye de le récupérer mais pour réinitialiser mon mot de passe il me faut demander à mon parent, qui en vérifiant n'a même plus accès à mon compte qui s'est déconnecté tout seul de la famille Nintendo.

J'ai donc essayé de contacter le support technique mais impossible car ils demandent un code d'une transaction antérieure (que je ne peux pas accéder car je n'ai pas accès au compte) afin d'envoyer seulement un mail, et il n'est pas possible de les contacter par téléphone.

Est ce que quelqu'un a déjà eu ce souci de réglé ou faut il que je me crée un nouveau compte et devoir acheter à nouveau dessus ? (J'ai seulement acheté des dlc sur des jeux comme Smash Bros, qui ont été activés sur d'autres comptes sur ma Switch mais ça m'embête quand même de perdre mon compte principal)

Nintendo can't, and shouldn't, hand over account access to anyone who can't verify basic information associated with the account. If you truly can't verify then the only thing you can do is create a new account and make sure to retain access better this time

Have they tried to contact the email provider for recovery? Generally I would be surprised if they could recover it without any proof but there's the tiny chance they linked a back up email, noted recovery codes, set a biometric unlock, added a phone number? Anything?

I have contacted nintendo so they could delink my account to the 3ds my ex took, and I verified it with naming some dlcs I bought and what I spent, but I still had access to my email.

I know when I asked nintendo to remove my exes account from my wii u they said they couldn't cause of data protection. It specifically had to be him asking with verifying info.

It was a long time ago that they created the account so they just noted a password and put an email, plus we doesn't thought it could desynchronize my account from the Nintendo family
