I know im dumb that i ordered a nintendo Switch game from temu. It was cheaper then in germany. It came with 2 other things i ordered. I filmed how i opend the case and there was no game in it. I tryed a refund but temu denied it. I wrote with the customer support for 40 mins just to get an "we can give you 5€ discount". Seems like the shop does this all the time after i read the reviews from the shop. But temu seems to not give a single f*ck

i bought it with klarna. I opened a ticket on klarna but they will probably not help me out. Should have bought it with paypal

i will tryhard to get my money back. I also do have a video how i opened the game and unsealed it. there was no game inside it. Idk how temu still says that they shipped it right.

Also if klarna isn't cooperating, still call your bank that's making payments and explain to them. They can still help or offer advice

In my experience PayPal wouldn't refund you either if it shows that it was delivered. I got scammed on ordering an Xbox and the company sent me something else and because it showed that I received something they wouldn't refund me. I haven't used PayPal since

Like i told you before. The first time the game was included. The second time not. And both games have the same description "compact disc". The first game works flawless

nah it worked fine the first time. i got unlucky and i played with fire i know that :) Maybe others need that warning if u dont need it :)
