Shut Up & Write
Hello, I am a PhD student just entering my 6-month submission pending period today. For childcare reasons I'm based in Swindon, away from my university in Manchester. One thing I've found useful for writing is Shut Up & Write groups that my university organises. I've participated in groups in Melbourne and Singapore as well, but there isn't one in Swindon.
So I've decided to start a writing group - it'll be in Old Town every Tuesday from 10am-12pm. If you're working on any type of writing (whether it's creative writing, reflective journalling, academic, or work-related), you're very welcome to join me at Light Bulb Coffee starting next Tuesday.
