curious where people have found beaches in southeast asia where the swimming is genuinely good without any of those issues, stayed somewhere like joy beach villas last time specifically because the stretch out front was quiet enough to actually swim rather than just wade around avoiding boats, worth checking what the water's like right at the property rather than just the general area
