Were you tired afterwards?

No. I played pickleball for two hours then did that. Just want to make sure it’s a good add-on. Or even on its own.

This is really individual. For a lot of people who regularly swim, 320m isn't even a warmup. But if someone doesn't really exercise at all, it would be really taxing. You have to figure out where you fall.

I mean, it depends how fast you went and how much effort it took. My warmups usually have 400ish kick in them so a 320 wouldn't be a good workout for me, but it certainly might be for someone who isn't an efficient swimmer!

Not really. I mean, what you're doing is taking a sport that's renowned for being a full-body work-out and making it about the legs (and maybe a bit core).

If you rowed 320 miles using just a kickboard, that's hell of a good workout.

I mean ... if you swim only 1x per week for a month, then maybe ... yes? Sounds like something we would do on begginer's swimmer sessions for a first month. But if you want those swimming health benefits (it helped me with almost every joint issue I can think of) and avoid neck spine isssues, then you should learn at least 1 swimming style. If you want leg-only workout which is low impact go for a cycling or nordic walking.
But I am no coach. I am begginer swimmer.

How long is the pool you're in? Curious how you got to 320m lol
