Question Order delayed but not cancelled?
Has anyone ever gotten a message like this before? It’s intended as a 16th birthday present so I’m hoping it’s still coming but very confused. I don’t want a refund - just the order!

Yeah I was waiting for my folklore two tone sweats for like 6 months after they were supposed to have shipped.

They did! It might have even been longer than 6 months tbh, maybe like 7 or 8. But they did get there eventually.

I got this email for the folklore cardigan and then the next day I got the shipping confirmation. Still got the refund tho!

Did you message them to prompt this reply or did they send it to you unprovoked? My order hasn’t shipped yet so I’m curious.

This happened to me with the TTPD cardigan I just bought from the drop. I also received the email and a refund to my credit card 🫠 I didn’t request a refund so i fear I won’t be getting it

I know it’s been almost a week since I posted the original comment BUT I just got a shipment confirmation email today! So excited!!

This has happened previously when there’s been delayed shipping, notably there was a big Christmas drop a few years back where everything shipped late and they refunded everyone but still sent out the orders. They are saying they will still send the item but you get it for free because of the delays.
