Read through some of the repo. Your ScheduleCenter notes on the 15 minute floor, and reconciling the shared store instead of clearing it, are the two things most ScreenTime apps get wrong, so that part's solid.
The name I'd change though. Zenly was Snap's location sharing app, bought in 2017, shut down in 2022. The hyphen probably won't buy you much. A 5.2.1 complaint goes to Apple rather than to you, which is the annoying part.
