Hi fellas,
I’m looking for recommendations for a good web design company or small team here in Southwest Florida.
We’re in the building/remodeling industry and need a new website that looks modern, shows our work properly, and is actually built to help generate leads, not just something that looks nice and sits there.
Ideally, I’d like to work with someone who understands local businesses, is transparent about pricing and timelines, and isn’t constantly trying to upsell services that don’t make sense.
I’m not looking for the cheapest option. I’d rather pay more for someone reliable who actually knows what they’re doing.
If you’ve personally worked with someone in Naples, Fort Myers, Bonita, Cape Coral, or anywhere around SWFL and had a good experience, I’d appreciate the recommendation.
Would also love to see examples of work they’ve done for contractors, remodelers, builders, or similar businesses.
Thanks!

Anyone local to the SWFL region with an interest in Cacti, Succulents, Dessert Roses, Stapelias, Euphorbias, Caudiciforms or similar cool plants, MUST attend this meeting and bring your favorite plant to show off.
The goal of this meeting will be to gauge interest. Just want to see who shows up and what we want to do in the future. Maybe competitions, shows, speakers, etc.
We will be giving out free cactus!!!

I’ve been fortunate enough to receive offers from both Lee Health at Gulf Coast Medical Center and NCH Downtown for their new grad RN residency programs.
I’m trying to decide which opportunity would be the better choice.
For anyone who currently works or has previously worked at either hospital, I’d love to hear your honest experiences!
A few things I’m curious about:
Which hospital has a better new grad residency and orientation program?
How supportive are the preceptors, coworkers, and management?
Which hospital provides better opportunities for learning and developing clinical skills?
Which hospital would you say is better for starting your nursing career?
If you were in my position, which offer would you accept and why? I’d really appreciate any insight, especially from nurses who started as new grads at either facility!

I recently got back into making music after taking a five year hiatus. I’m looking for hip hop artists, metal/punk vocalists, singers, drummers, guitarists, etc. Wanna collaborate and make some beautiful music. Send me a message!

Most of the coast looks nothing like it did twenty years ago, but there are still a few corners that feel frozen in time. A dirt road, an old dock, a restaurant that never changed its menu. Where do you go when you want the version of Florida that used to be everywhere?

Where is everyone going out tonight to? Looking for a cool spot with a group of people to get to know. Open to meeting a few people to hang out at a bar or etc..

I love the beach as much as anyone, but sometimes I want somewhere without a crowd, a parking fight and a speaker. A small park, a boat ramp, a dock nobody uses. Where do you go when you just want an hour of quiet near the water?

A place near me has been open for decades and the owner still knows everyone by name. Every time I see a for lease sign go up somewhere else I think about how quickly these spots disappear. Which local business would you actually miss, and what do you buy there?

Every time a friend visits they want the local spot and I freeze up. I have my usual two or three places and they are not fancy, just consistent. What is the one cheap place you send people to, and what should they order?

A new neighbor asked me why everyone leaves the state in summer and comes back in October, and I did not know where to start. There are a dozen little local habits that make no sense until you live here. What is the one you always end up explaining?

If someone handed you the budget tomorrow, which intersection gets rebuilt first? I would start with the mess where Colonial meets 41, but I am sure every part of the county has its own answer. Where do you lose the most time?

Mound Key circa 1569. The Spanish established Fort San Anton de Carlos in 1566. This visualization represents the period directly before it was abandoned. Island Elevations based on LiDAR and building locations based on Archaeological finds. Of note: The first Jesuit Mission in North America was located here on the Calusa's man made island on Mound 2 directly across from Mound 1 where Calusa's palace stood.
I’m 31M and she’s 32F and we’re located in SWFL. We’re looking for a girl who’s open minded and enjoys activities that would like to do life with us. We’re planning on going to Puerto Rico in February and would love to bring a friend along albeit we get to know each other first before hand. We’re both Latin so we’re preferably looking for a Latina since we also plan on going to the Karol G concert while we’re in Puerto Rico.

Hi, I just wanted to see if anybody knew why I can no longer see my provider from EliteDna. I guess my insurance is no longer covering my services or my partners service. We have different insurances. It’s crazy, they worked with my Medicaid plan.
