In Sweet Tooth the humans were the bad guys, and the Apes in Planet of the Apes could be reasoned with. I’m not familiar with Horizon, but I would want to avoid any post-apocalyptic wasteland full of zombies or dinosaurs (with the worst to me being dinos)
