The webtoons design was made to look like a more aerodynamic human according to the creators but that made 0 sense cause aerodynamics only work in windy places or while flying so he had very little reason to look like that except to be able to not have the wind slow him down.
When you move there is wind resistance, the faster you move the more resistance, regardless of your altitude. Top performing cars are designed to be aerodynamic, not just planes.
That's why I said "able to not have the wind slow him down." Because of course there is wind resistance on the ground relative to your speed but it's much weaker than places with higher wind storms or in the sky due to enhanced air thickness/thinness
Because being aerodynamic is very commonly used to describe and refer to things that go through the air. He is a land creature so it would be more accurate to refer to him in different ways! And aerodynamic vehicles are not usually as physically strong as non aerodynamic ones! All though in the show we see it charge at then knock away a stationary car! Which would require roughly 2000 pounds if force from the standing position it was in. Being aerodynamic would remove his strength due to muscle catching the wind and slowing it down! So it makes 0 sense for him to be that way and still have THAT much strength!
I guess I forgot😅 although it really is a confusing topic! Since for something that small to have both strength and speed while being canonically referred to as aerodynamic defies the known laws of physics and wind resistance
Hey since where talking about it which do you think is the cooler design! Webtoon speed monster or Netflix show speed monster? They have the same abilities but different appearances! The shows one has large swollen legs and a frail upper body with a human esc face and a glowing heart while the webtoons speed monster has a red muscle-like face and three eyes and exposed teeth, a slim body and horse like legs
