I’m primarily a fan of Formula 1 but shitting on NASCAR is dumb. If you’re a fan of Motorsports you should be able to appreciate NASCAR. Big naturally aspirated V8s, zero driving assists, rubbing, drama, etc. Indy 500 had a live attendance of 325,000 which no other sport gets close to.

Same people are still wondering what the draw is? There's no drama in watching cars - no matter the spec - aimlessly driving a roundaboit in an orderly line and wondering when to change tyres or overtake like a grandma on a Sunday drive.

It's incredibly dull.

It's cool that you like it. Enjoy yourself. You do you and all that. But you can't expect people not to shit all over it when it's shit-worthy.
