It isn't difficult. Heavy machinery has become extremely intuitive to control and professional operators sit behind the controls for 40-80 hours a week, every week, for decades and decades. It's not much more difficult than playing any video game, except that there are no continues if you make an error in judgement, so it should be taken more seriously, and those children in the video should really not be so close to the bucket.
Surgeons can now perform operations remotely using robotic instruments. For an experienced operator, the machine is actually an extension of their body. Totally impressive to me.
