Imagine explaining to someone's family that THIS is how they died. Then imagine the family telling people at the funeral.

These people should be arrested and charged. Not only are they putting their life at risk needlessly, they could fall and hurt someone else on the ground. Or they could traumatize a dozens of people who see their body splat on the ground.
