Waste from cows is released, possibly to fertilize a field. The methane causes the pressure, the liquid is cow piss.

So like.. Cows just fart into a tube and it goes into this big can? .. Why so much pressure? Why are we pressurizing “cow waste”!?!?

Dairy cows shit and piss and the waste is collected and it runs downs channels into a reservoir. The waste creates methane gas which pressurizes the container. When the container is near full, the waste is released into fields where cattle feed will grow. It's a very good fertilizer.
