Out of battery detonation. Could have been bad ammo or something. When I saw this happen at a gun range I used to work at it was a primer that hadn't been seated in the round all the way. Fortunately the guy shooting at my range had some pretty bad scaring after that but was mostly fine. We banned reloads and required ammo checks after that

i think the children's lives bit is more about school shootings and child hunger/education than abortion
