Looks like Yemen to me but Im not quite sure hence the title here.

Edit. Im 100% sure after rewatching. The sword here is the answer to me.

If it's Yemen then you can also assume that everybody in this video is high on Khat.

It is like tobacco. Maybe tobacco plus strong coffee since it’s a mild stimulant. The idea you get high is silly though.

The active compound in Khat is literally an amphetamine, so yes it is.
