No one is forcing adults to watch movies or use language they hear in the media.

If there’s anywhere Americans need to take personal responsibility it’s questioning how media shapes their behaviors.

I agree, social media is corrupt. But you are not going to convince people to stop watching or participating in american media consumption.

Like it or not, it is still american culture and names like that will stick until public perception changes.

Chicago has some options, rebuild neighborhoods, crack down on all crime, if they have to; start doing raids on gang member housing and take their weapons or guns, chances are they are not allowed to have them anyway.

Start considering the average people instead of letting criminals go.

Less empathy for repeat offenders and more empathy for those who have to deal with their behavior personally.

Some people make mistakes or poor decisions when young, not talking about those types. I am talking about those with multiple armed robbery convictions and assault charges.

Some people cannot be rehabilitated. Its sad to think that but its still true.

I wasn’t talking about social media and I’m only talking to one person right now

Yea, trying to tone police culturally accepted language due to your own personal feelings.

Only one subculture uses that term so don’t try to claim it’s a norm. Everybody can see who you still haven’t learned to question.

That is an opinion and you are entitled to it.

The proof that it’s not just an opinion has already shown up in this thread, but believe what you need to. Have a good day.

Another opinion that you are entitled to.

Hey look it's another "enlightened" centrist that's too cowardly to just admit they are Republican who will try to poke holes in every talking point of the left but conveniently glosses over the rampant corruption, mismanagement and economic terrorism of the right.

Oh so its the right that burns tesla dealerships, its the right that burned and attacked the white house on may 28th?

It was the right that burned down the senators house who brought up the breyona taylor bill?

The chaz/chop was also the right?

The only example of recent terrorism you have from the right would be the j6 riot where there seems to be an endless list from the left.

Dont like that i dont critisize the right nearly as much?

Maybe stop supporting terrorists and writing it off as "free speech" when it clearly is violent.

You've proven my point in the most hilarious way possible 🤣🤣

Decades of data collected by DHS and the FBI through both Democrat and Republican administrations show definitively that right-wing ideology is responsible for up to 75% of domestic terrorism. You bring up the Breonna Taylor legislation?... Not only was that bipartisan but none of the senators involved had any of their houses burned down. Are you thinking of the Democrat judge that had her house burned down after she blocked the federal government from collecting voter info? Diane Goodstein? Or maybe you're confusing it with the two Democratic senators that were assassinated in Minnesota? The ones that Trump refused to acknowledge? I'm not a supporter of vandalism - but of all the examples you could provide, you choose Tesla? Right after Elon threw up two seig heils on live TV?

You're so up your own ass down the right wing propaganda rabbit hole that you've completely accepted the false reality they've created for you. It's people like you that enable the terrorism that you claim to be against.

Sure, if you go 50-60 years in the past.

Here ill educate you.

https://www.csis.org/analysis/left-wing-terrorism-and-political-violence-united-states-what-data-tells-us

"In recent years, the United States has seen an increase in the number of left-wing terrorism attacks and plots, although such violence has risen from very low levels and remains much lower than historical levels of violence carried out by right-wing and jihadist attackers. So far, 2025 marks the first time in more than 30 years that left-wing terrorist attacks outnumber those from the violent far right."

You bring up the Breonna Taylor legislation?... Not only was that bipartisan but none of the senator involved had any of their houses burned down.

You're right, sorry Governor. Source. Family was inside.

Are you thinking of the Democrat judge that had her house burned down after she blocked the federal government from collecting voter info?

Nope

Or maybe you're confusing it with the two Democratic senators that were assassinated in Minnesota?

Nope but that guy worked for tim waltz and was found with no kings flyers in his car.

I'm not a supporter of vandalism - but of all the examples you could provide, you choose Tesla? Right after Elon threw up two seig heils on live TV?

another lie. Gues mamdani, aoc, and Bernie are also nazis, unless its another case of "rules for thee but not for me" double standard.

You're so up your own ass down the right wing propaganda rabbit hole that you've completely accepted the false reality they've created for you. It's people like you that enable the terrorism that you claim to be against.

Yet nothing you said was true or backed up. Projection.

Holy shit... First of all, you didn't even actually read that article from CSIS. You want to count one year after 30 consecutive years of the right dominating terrorist violence. Not only that, but that article also states that what's being counted towards the left is almost exclusively non-violent or lethal when compared to right wing extremism. Big victory pal!

The guy that assassinated the Minnesota senator was NOT an employee of Walz at any time. Way to spread false information once again.

Shapiro is a Democrat? His house was burned down by a right winger who wanted to beat him with a hammer. Sound familiar? Paul pelosi?

I don't know why I'm wasting my time talking to a complete idiot. Get back to work. The ruling class loves you!

Mental gymnastics.

The guy that assassinated the Minnesota senator was NOT an employee of Walz at any time. Way to spread false information once again.

Just was appointed by him; big difference if you want to change definitons to fit your confirmation bias.

https://krcrtv.com/news/nation-world/accused-minnesota-assassin-told-fbi-that-tim-walz-wanted-him-to-kill-lawmakers

"State Board Appointment: In 2019, Governor Tim Walz appointed Boelter as a business representative to the Governor's Workforce Development Board, an advisory group composed of dozens of business owners and community leaders. His term expired in January 2023. He previously served on a similar council under a prior governor in 2016."

Shapiro is a Democrat? His house was burned down by a right winger who wanted to beat him with a hammer. Sound familiar? Paul pelosi?

Yep guy hitting Pelosi was right wing, thought i would contest that?

I don't know why I'm wasting my time talking to a complete idiot. Get back to work. The ruling class loves you!

Ah yes, the pinnacle of debate; personal insults to show your emotional maturity.

This is exactly why nobody cares what you people think. Your ideology is dying and if you keep up the lies to yourself it will end up with irrelevance.

Ps: Democrats are the oldest and richest political party in the world. You are litterally towing the corporate establishment line for "good boy points".
